The company environment is wonderful and the teammates are very responsible. It adopts latest technology and open to the innovations. It does not compromises in quality of the products. I feel like I have secured my professional life, no matter what time i have worked with them.

The work pressure is very high, for that much work they cannot provide a decent salary and the appraisal process is not good. The growth is very slow.

1. Working culture is good. Employees are respected and provided leverage to explore their skills. 2. Top Management is caring towards employee benefits, specially towads their mental as well as phsical health. 3. Support and guidance in enhacing employee experience in terms of leadership and initiatives. 4. I still remeber various sessions, which helped my life to get a next level (residential spiritual and professional trainings). 5. Great philanthrohy spirit and approach from top to bottom is again, I found to be inspiring. All above points are my original thoughts and are based on my personal experience of working in different companies during my career.

...t but I will say that with right one's we grow and from wrong one's we learn. 2. Salary pay structure could be improvised as per the tax saving features available in income tax.

Environment it and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is is a HIV cafeteria and gaming arcades chilling company policies are good appraisal affair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

the company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technologies, i love fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. there is no on-job taring for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
