Nothing to like other than the MD. The MD who is at the position of the General Manager is highly skilled and fun to interact with.

Dislikes

Uneducated and incompetent senior officials..DGM don't even deserve to be at a level of a clerk here. An incompetent IT guy is made the head of Sales overnight out of nowhere. Most of the team is Keralite and you can only survive if you are from the same region. 90% of the staff are like that and this seems to be the first criterion to be at a senior place here in this company. You will be taunted about company paying you salaries from the senior officials who are themselves getting an hefty amount simply doing nothing. No scope of growth as you will be pulled back from your managers if they find you more skilled then there own-selves. You will never get any credit of your hard work as your managers will try to snatch your work when it seems to get materialised.
