Everything is a dislike. Salary never comes on time; every month, 15 -20th, you have to wait. First they will pay Nurses, then house-keeping, then rest of the dept—a weird policy. HR is the worst, with a high attrition rate. You will end up doing others' work. There is no value in working this organisation, your work experience is a waste no other good healthcare organisation will consider you. If you have no health insurance, you will get an offer and appointment letter after many months. You have to beg for salary slips, No canteen facility, nothing is there, they are just taking investors' money and creating new branches. Recently, I learned that many health insurers plan to block this hospital due to fraud.

The worst policy here is that of HR, Every month salary is deducted and salary slip is not given, Till now no one knows which department has what work, everybody is blaming each other, because poor management and HR have not shared JD yet .

Never join in ankura kompally branch .you will get salary every month in between 15th-20th. Hr here the kind of languagehe use even road side beggar will not use such kind of language. She even scolds lady doctors in a filthy way.internal politics is horrible

...ment letter or joining letter on the day of joining, they will keep on delaying. Salaries not on time, salary crediting date is on 10th of every month. They hire you for one position, but you will do other duties. I will not recommend joining there. Many new joiners staffs left the organisation within two months.

There is nothing to dislike in ankura..actually iam from tirupati I wanted to settle there itself so if I want to work in tirupati please transfer me tirupati branch after the waiting period from current branch with same salary
