Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Working staff at ankura homes are very good and friendly, Except AGM T.Kiran. The worst thing ever made by ankura homes is by hiring T.Kiran

Dislikes

Had a disappointing experience with Ankura Homes. They offered a job for a specific role but then informed that they had enough staff for that position, preventing me from working in that role. This lack of transparency and clarity in their hiring process was frustrating, unfair and unprofessional.
