...ly interviewed with Ankercloud for Senior and successfully cleared three rounds. Prior to the interviews, I was assured that the offered salary would be in line with market standards. However, despite following up multiple times, I received no clear communication for two weeks. When they finally responded, I was informed that due to budget constraints, they couldn't offer me more than a certain percentage increase, which was far below what was discussed. My experience with this process was extremely disappointing. It's frustrating that HR professionals in the Mumbai-Pune region often fail to communicate critical details upfront, leading to false expectations and wasted time. This entire process has been a complete waste of my efforts.

Learning AWS has been a steep but a really fulfilling experience. Along with the certifications that I have been working on and attending client front events as well as hackathons have lead to a better learning curve. The AWS hackathon was a good dive into customer ready solutions where I worked with Bedrock and other adjacent technologies leading to us winning the 2nd place at the hackathon.

I'm genuinely grateful to be part of this team. Due to some technical misunderstanding with one of the customer production data, the client had raised a serious escalation. The entire team at Ankercloud came together and handled the situation in a positive way and helping me to navigate the situation. Lessons learnt and mistakes are not to be repeated. The moral support offered from my leads and managers helped me to bounce back quickly.

Ankercloud has tremendous growth opportunities. I have worked with the company for 4.5 years. The company is extremely stable and has been growing strong since the start. It has been supportive of providing a constant growth with certifications and career advancements
