The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that project and maintenance related, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I got good knowledge and experience, especially I got full freedom of work and very good working conditions good people. Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The pressure is very high. I Sometimes, I have to work day and night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from the VP sir, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

There is no proper recognition in quality control laboratory.Working culture is very worst,the person who are close to managers are in safe zone others were shit for them employers were forced to work overtime without pay 6.00 to 17.30, 10.30 to 22.00 safety was very poor they didn't provide gloves mask we have to sample acids with bare hands appraisal were very poor. They will give you hike 3 to7 %

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
