Get to learn techincal things. They did not re remove staff but they didnt pay us salary too. So cant say they are supporting enough.

They are not providing salary. They re giving inc entives, march to may they expepected employee to work without pay. For that they force a lot. No work life balance. Work comes at 8pm also. Incentives are so less that you can buy only chana from that money. Really irritating. They are expecting us to do all work from consultation to billing and to courier checking . 1 person is doing 4 people's work n getting paid half of the salary.

Management is terrible, they don't understand business. Sales comes with staff management and service delivery and not with pressure. Management like Dr. Madhavi and Rupal should understand.

* Management hold your salary if you take sick leaves after sharing medical reports. * Whatever experience you have you need to do telecalling only you are doctor, dietician doesn't matter. * Cheat customer while taying full money in advance. * No clearance even you served notice period also. * Owner & other seniors will treat you like a slave.
