Management is terrible, they don't understand business. Sales comes with staff management and service delivery and not with pressure. Management like Dr. Madhavi and Rupal should understand.

Pathetic work space, unusual salary cutting, no fix office timing (something 10am-10pm) no benefits and no increament.🙏don't opt for this company, my three month salary and incentives are still not paid, even no response from hr team

Get to learn techincal things. They did not re remove staff but they didnt pay us salary too. So cant say they are supporting enough.

They are not providing salary. They re giving inc entives, march to may they expepected employee to work without pay. For that they force a lot. No work life balance. Work comes at 8pm also. Incentives are so less that you can buy only chana from that money. Really irritating. They are expecting us to do all work from consultation to billing and to courier checking . 1 person is doing 4 people's work n getting paid half of the salary.
