Nothing much.I guess, work culture needs to improve. Instead of politics, the Organisation should aim at work. What's the point of small talk and making fun of someone's idealism? Mediocre people talk about others. Try to pull them down. Disillusionment was the watch word with Anjali.

Overall politics, if management dislikes someone, no matter how hard that person tries to keep up the work, the organization pushes to put the paper down. zero empathy towards the workers (excuse the privileged class who share mushy relations with the management). Overall not at all a place for peaceful working.

The organisation is focused more on image rather than actual work. Barely any progress experienced throughout my tenure. The work culture is toxic, full of accusations against one another. No scope of promotion. No job security. No scope for growth. Nothing to like.
