I learnt certain important aspects about Community Mental Health Program. How it works etc. There was an immense scope to learn.

Dislikes

Nothing much.I guess, work culture needs to improve. Instead of politics, the Organisation should aim at work. What's the point of small talk and making fun of someone's idealism? Mediocre people talk about others. Try to pull them down. Disillusionment was the watch word with Anjali.

Report Writing, Documentation for Janamanas, I were to write two books (one about the Journey of North Dum Dum barefoot mental health professionals-before they were associated with the whole procedure, and the current journey), etc.

Overall politics, if management dislikes someone, no matter how hard that person tries to keep up the work, the organization pushes to put the paper down. zero empathy towards the workers (excuse the privileged class who share mushy relations with the management). Overall not at all a place for peaceful working.
