Remember it is a 6.5 day org, communicated as 5 day org 6. Office politics and nepotism is rampant 7. Do not apply if you want growth, work life balance 8. No process, even if it is developed they put so many hurdles that it will break its breath.

Unprfessionalism They target People who are outspoken about the wrongs in the company or teams A lot of employees are just sitting and making fool of the upper management Upper management is only considered about the money. They have nothing to do with employee satisfaction
