No fallowing the the company policy. There given the layoff without informed, I have received the mail on 31 Aug your role is closed on 25 Aug due to business restructure. But as per the company policy you will inform 15 days before

Management still seems to be confused. No processes, No SOPs, worst place for tele callers to work, no job security, inefficient HR department, company who is always hiring is always firing, No warehousing as they buy it from some shop and then deliver it to the customers, salaries hold, company itself doesn't know what they want to do. Opening and closing of sites and hiring and firing is a normal practice. No support from upper management, abusive management, toxic work culture, no week offs , no health policy. List goes on and on!!

The vision of company is very good. This was the first start up in this field in India. Growth opportunities would be very higher those who work with honesty.

Dislikes

The vision of company is very good, But People inside the system made it worst than local market. They are acting as broker . In Demand supply and Purchase are busy in making their own profit by gathering wrong data.
