This used to be a good company but not anymore, nothing good to say

... No appraisal.they won't even care about you, would treat employee like puppets. usually the when the company lay offs the employee they would provide some compensation but here they would suck up our work until our last working day and won't even care about giving compensation,

- The products sound interesting from afar so if you tell people what you are working on in your current company you might garner some envy, if that's the sort of thing you are after. - If your work is not polished or you are prone to making mistakes and deviate from best practices, you will learn to get on track and correct those mistakes and follow the best practices.

- If you already have a good technical grasp of whatever you are working with then there is nothing further to learn other than how to deal with toxic boss and management. As in, you will not learn ( or at least not be encouraged to learn ) to think outside the box, to think with creativity. Your thought process doesn't grow. And your technical skills won't get a chance to grow above a certain level. - You are accountable for everything you do / don't do but nobody is accountable for the kind of experience you have here as an employee. Your lead is an insensitive person who wrings your neck like a wet dishrag to get the last drop of code out of you before you faint from stress and sleep deprivation ? Nobody is accountable for that experience but you because you dared being a fallible human. No appraisals because the company made bad decisions that cost them their profit ? Nobody is accountable but you although you weren't making the bad decisions and worked yourself to insanity to deliver. - Bad communication skill of those who you are forced to communicate with. Some people in position of power can be so bad at communicating that is ends up hindering the team's performance. Lack of mannerism, not knowing how to be professional ( even resorting to lying about what one employee said about another ), manipulation, straight out unacceptably rude behavior will get on your nerves over time. - The company is more show off and less substance. They talk big and then act cheap. You will only see your efforts and worth being noticed when you send the resignation email. Until then you will be treated as redundant and be constantly reminded how you are not doing enough.

Demanding company, so you will get pushed beyond your limit in terms of the quality and quantity of the work you do.

Have to rely on Team lead's autonomy. HRs don't show concern towards the employees. Worst exit management I have ever seen in my career. I genuinely did not want to quit this company, but thanks to the management for handling things in the worst way I have ever seen in my career. Even in my previous organizations where I had hardly done some work and remained for 5 months, the HR used to ask why I wanted to leave, and if I wanted any role switch and so on. But in this company I have worked sincerely for 2+ years, and the HR didn't bother to speak to me to listen to my concerns. I wish the CEO Mr. Raghavan or the COO Mr. Loganathan get to see this, as I doubt if they are even aware of how the HRs are dealing with critical situations w.r.t the employee concerns. No good HR would have handled the situation that pushed me to get relieved from the company. I even asked if I could switch to a different team, but I was told it wasn't feasible. The company is going through a tough phase financially, so I guess they wanted to cut down the cost by desperately kicking out an employee! I wish no good for the company anymore! Let me see how far this grows with this kind of an unethical management!

Overall the company's culture and work-life balance are too bad and management doesn't have a proper business plan to run the company. your ideas are not involved here, you will be treated as ROBO here.
