Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no scope for future and growth and negativity in environment .office culture is bad

According to my work experience I have work there but my work experience There is no scope for future and carrier there is no meanings self respect and boss son are mindless person and negetive in his work so there is no educational person work there more than 6month due to boss son behaviour.
