...rtments, Very unprofessional , Litrally Every dept seeks to Harrased sales dept. Management only believes cost cutting, they never adress Ground level issues, No marketing support, No branding, specially Milk dept.. very unstable quality in Etah Region plant which results biggest flop in Anik milk Launch.. I have learned a Lot from company, that how to deal without having support.

...mous & hence there is alot of scope for a person if wants to sharpen his skills. Compensation if negotiated well is good.

No clear role & responsibility, No clear vision for the future, No processes for many of the basic hygiene things, Terribly long working hours

In some companies the work is good, the milk is also good, the butter, smp, milk test is all good and for learning there is GC and FT-1 machine, there is a lot to learn

Anik milk company is good but here the manager, assistant manager have no problem to speak and here there is no one to listen what is someone's problem, there is no benefit of salary also The environment here will have to be changed, only then will it work well, there is no date to tell the manager, he abuses everyone, not a single employee is happy in the public

There is no taste, compare it with Amul, the quality is very bad. The company should improve the product. At least give quality and taste as per the price being charged on the product.
