I can see many negative review of trainers here. They are basically of those trainers who were FIRED because of underperformance. The comapny is only for PASSIONATE Trainers who are actually good enough with their training. The comapny focuses on the growth of the students and if the trainer is not upto the mark they fire them. They started with online classes and now have 5 offline branches in Pune. If you are dedicated in your work, this is the best place to work

If the trainer is good enough, there can be no better organisation to learn and grow, at the same time if the trainer is irresponsible, the company has ZERO Tolerance policy for them. The organisation completely focuses on the growth of the students which is the best part

Nothing to dislike. Can see many trainers posting fake reviews here (They are the one who were more into politics rather than teaching)

Management has no coordination.worled for almost 1.5 years but no written document provided like joining letter, No appraisal, no incentives given to any employee, Manager treats employees very badly Sometimes they have bulk of students but some times they don't have single batch And firstly they give batch to their new employees, No authentication no support and no changes even after facing loss Overall horrible work culture No professionalism
