Salary on time. Relieved on time, sometimes delay in sign off is there but they will try to get you off on time. Work culture onboard is good. Too much Safety conscious. They will try to enhance the knowledge & skill by conducting different courses and training during vacation and prior joining. Travel and lodging facilities. Less waiting period for joining. Don't know about insurance policies.

Work pressure is very high. Junior officers/ engineers are facing too much difficulties, some master / chief engineers are so stubborn that you don't want to talk. Some are really very negative thinking. They believe that ships are running only because of them. Actually they don't do their job only passing to lower level to complete. Company don't have feedback system for senior officers/ engineers. Every time reduction in salary inspite of profit. Partiality between dry cargo and tanker fleet in the sense of bonuses. Some Office fleet personal staffs are so rude.

No support for Ratings from company.company only supports officers. Ratings never gets any appreciation, bonus or allowances. Very bad Indian officers and Engineers . They treat ratings as slave and they behave very badly if we question them for our hard earned money. Very bad . Company never listens to Ratings even if they are right.very bad experience.

Some things are still up to paper, promotion policy need to be improved little more, even pay revisions need to be taken care, there should stringent action on people who are not abide to safety culture.
