Politics are not very good. Career growth opportunities are very highest peak doing working in the AIL,private job is not secure, salary are almost in time. Work experience learning very perfectly way, work environment are also very good. Almost all of things innovation ,work -life balance are also very smoothly. Thanks to everyone in my AIL company. Delay in Salary due to lack of good projects. All Department Heads are overaged and 80% are close to 70 year. No succession planning. No Spark among employees due to lethargic approach of overaged heads. No Talents retaining approach. Lack of Talent in Organization
