Some customers even harassed employees by sending casual messages to personal phone numbers, blurring the lines of professionalism. Pressure to Mislead Customers: There were distressing instances where team leaders instructed us to misrepresent offerings to clients, suggesting we entice them with false promises such as job opportunities in exchange for personal information required to open demat accounts. This unethical practice contributed to a toxic work environment.
