Good place to learn about market , Life Insurance, Mutual Funds etc. Job security is better than other broking company , good incentive , Salary on Time 28th of every month, coprative staff

Salary and incentive structures were good. Salary use to credit on time in my account that was the best part. The way everything was set up was so good, like working on leads, client meeting, lms was very helpful for daily updates about clients. It reduces so much work load for emoloyee.

... Management and Team members, Work-life balance, lot of learning opportunities. Approachable higher management, Good canteen facility, Office ambiance is very comfortable, Salary and increments are as per industry standards

There are many overpaid employees compare to their contribution towards organization. Company should have audit on Employee Performance.
