I worked 8 month here , no training ,no salary on time , management help in closing case zero, and after resignation they do all the formalities but on time of full and final , Hr play a game and deduct my all money. Never go on hr commitment as what they said has no value at all. Please aware of this situation as it happens before me , I knew some ex employees here.

What Hr said to you is false and take advantage of yours , not provide anything on time even your salary is released when you asked again and again otherwise no date is fixed.
