Some colleagues are good, supporting, helpful but not in Merchandising department.

So many politics, worthless gossips, unnecessary arguments, so cold hierarchy mostly in merchandising department not supporting, criticize to employee, manager level employees are doing discrimination with low post employees, senior employees do not appreciate the work of lower level employees and snatch away the rewards for their good work. HR also not supporting and criticize.

Hr were too bad, they ask you to come to the office for the interview multiple times, you appear for the interview, explain everything about your current job role on the very first round, then they call you again for the second round interview, after that they simply say your profile doesn't match...

The company is great comparing it to work live balance and there is not much pressure.

Dislikes

Some policies aren't really strong especially when it comes to people. Complaints and grievances aren't heard and ignored as inderect support is provided at HOD level.

It's a great place to start working as a fresher. You'll have many opportunities and there's a lot to learn. Timings are very flexible.

Dislikes

If needed then might have to be available from home at night also in season times as it is an ecommerce platform, there can be sudden requirements to work.

Too much politics in the office. Even the HR does politics. Upper management and seniors are not supportive. No resturant nearby. Tip for management - Do not promote toxic people and read HBR articles more. Find better people from good colleges like IIT/IIM
