Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing.. these gyz are biased they want only for one or two months employees aftr that they refused to give proper salary and never give u the salary as how much u worked for them. Never give incentives how much u earn.

Dislikes

Not give proper salary Working hours They want u to work whole day They don't know how to talk They talk very polite in the starting period aftr some days they shown the real faces
