...nd most of the time in a one month you got only 2 leaves and very pressure work.Also if you take uninformed leave so they give you salary after 15 days in cheque it's means total 45 days and resignation period is 2 months without any leaves if you take leaves in your resignation time then you have to continue work 2 months resignation period.

Athena bpo is a worst company i had ever worked in my life,they are holding every month 15 days salary. i had not got my full salary also after resignation. and their biometric system was very poor. Because of thet employees are suffering the problems like loose of pay scale

Two Saturday off and that is also provided after 3 month and if boss is not good he can extant 2 Saturday off upto 6 months

No HR policy, No job security, Salary provided 5th of Month as communicated Salary not on time, everything for employee is based on personal relationship with boss.. Internal fight between boss that employee should do my work first ... No chance of growth and promotion 😕

Salary was on time even when target not achieved and managers team leaders all are supportive

Salary cycle is problematic and work timing was little more then discussed hard to get promotion even when working for so long

This is shit💩 BPO and all staff are lier no one is trustfull here 1. they are not giving 15 days training salary to candidate 2. if candidate failed during VSTS ( Background verification) they move candidate to another process 3. after these all shit candidate will not get paid for those 15 or 16 days 4. They keep candidate cell phone and bags infact wallet also in lockup room 5.worst salary cycle 6. They even not give any leave for any kind of reason If candidate is sick or candidate have some personal issues e.g ( death or someone is serious at candidates home ) they ask for hospital letter or death certificate for leaves 7. Worst culture 8. Toxic culture 9. If candidate is not able to achieve their target so candidate must have to complete his Target no matter what time is going on even senior not allow to go to washroom also Still they are opening branches over branches i really don't know how much money they have all I need to say that they have to change their system now!
