There is a lots of politics and management doesn't care for their staff,there is huge salary difference between shop workers and staff.No motivation, growth,no learning, unfair policy etc....

Some of the leads and managers unfit for their job. Andritz is a Very good company Andritz technologies private limited (chennai) Management supports this kind of people’s only they are not considering many of the hard and long time workers.Good leads and managers also are there.

Even though its an mnc work culture is very worse than an Indian company. No work life balance, salary package is also below par. Please think twice before joining this organization.
