There is a lots of politics and management doesn't care for their staff,there is huge salary difference between shop workers and staff.No motivation, growth,no learning, unfair policy etc....

The company always prefer to be in top of the market by adopting latest technologies which favors me to keep learning new things. Since, I am in service, the another advantage I am getting is the opportunity to travel world wide, to meet different clients who are making some unique products from our technology.

I can say the Compensation and benefits are neither bad nor good. As far as I seen, the growth within the company is slow.

Some of the leads and managers unfit for their job. Andritz is a Very good company Andritz technologies private limited (chennai) Management supports this kind of people’s only they are not considering many of the hard and long time workers.Good leads and managers also are there.

...ks & the time you spend on your desk are observed. - Unhealthy work environment. - Unnecessary cost cutting even though revenues are great and business is paying well.

Even though its an mnc work culture is very worse than an Indian company. No work life balance, salary package is also below par. Please think twice before joining this organization.
