Company forcely try to hold employee for 90 days notice period.They allow only one - two months notice period for new joinee but when existing employee resigns they tell them to serve Mandatory 90 days notice period. I have not received relieving letter & F&F statement. To satisfy personal ego Head HR didn't provide my relieving letter. I served one month notice period instead of 90 days. I requested to negotiate but she denied. Don't join this company because nobody waits for 3 months notice period when you join new company. My managers also didn't support. I am still fighting for my relieving letter. If required I may go to labour court. I have all written evidence.
