staff shortage. giving minimum comforts to customers is not available. Need to improve on providing to service to customers. focus on service oriented than Target oriented.

Staying in headquarters towards the end of service, at advanced age, is hardly possible as most of branches are located in remote places, where it would be difficult to get medical aid in the times of emergency.
