Plant is very good and safe and low work load. U will get better jobs with good salary hikes with this experience

No career growth in this plant if u want growth u have go out from the plant. Lot of politics and full caste base plant. From few days this caste based policy is diluting with new president i hope this will countinue. No extra benefits and no medical and facility even u meet with accident out side the gate when ur going from company to home also company won't care.. no transportation facilities..

No salary delays,good working timings,yearly salary bonus,yearly medical bonus,very nice staff,good climate and greenery more.

We cannot expect more increments,only veg canteen,aldehyde producing, we not get medically full claimed its upto max 2 lakhs,only 9 public holidays,7casual,7sick,12-15 paid eaves,no sweet packets for diwali,salary growth is very slow,grade up for every 4 years.producing more product with less man power.

This is a modern technology plant where a new comer can learn a lot, working in this plant gives you good experience to work in any petrochemical or petroleum refinery.

Salary structure Compensation is very bad No facilities like transportation, insurance policy, education to children, festival benefits,
