Time to time salary will credit to our accounts. Safety regulations are very good.

the management only looks his profit. this company is only good for workers because they have a union to fight and gain what they want. When coming to staff they only give grades and promotions to the unworthy peoples who praises there manager. salary increments and grades whenever i come thought about this a big loud of smile appears in my face. The only management i seen for company extension or erection they took money from staff salaries.

...e mismatch in salary Bad condition of colony No credibility in appraisal system Illogical cutting of variable pay Low increments,no timely increment

Overall mill all departments are good but, Easpecially dont ever come to Logistics department. Its not logistics only loading department, who are doing loading will be in best..
