Dislikes

The higher officials do many mistakes and harassments, but the matter is not brought to the management, however, an employee doesn't do any mistake but the officials create it a big issue and blame the person

Its reputed media house. Thats working there will give you some respect in society.

Dislikes

Very worst management. They think that the ABN is a separate country and they are the kings of it. They treat employees like insects. Worst management. Even they don't like to speak with an employee.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
