No support and I came out of hospital 8 months back. Till now they did not give my releaving date to get my pf..now I am struggling to get my pf.. and no other support from hospitals.. I feel very sad about my choice of did job there

The clinical exposure is the only main stay to work in andhra hospitals....no other hospital can beat in terms of exposure to variable cases

Dislikes

You dont have any work and life balance .. No benefits for employee .. Hectic work ..

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
