There is nothing positive thing.

Dislikes

Starting from company culture to job security to less salary, every thing is worst. Manager is just diploma passout with very nagative ego and wants to control everything (even your coffee time) very selfish and can't able to handle more educated people. culture is very very very bad. Bangalore office has only 3 employee and management make fake promises that more people will come. After that if they don't have projects they will fire you in 1 week.

Dislikes

Company culture is very bad. They try to control everything. In interview they selected as a engineer after joining they will ask you to do marketing and sales work. Manager is very rude

The workplace culture at Andhra Electronics was toxic, with favoritism and micromanagement overshadowing any sense of teamwork or mutual respect. I read Google reviews about manager and company I can't believe all people had the same experience about almost same thing.
