Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Manager is very pathetic she tries to demotivate you work for more hours and she herself is in cafetaria all the time. Many people there are from 7 to 15years so no one is going to listen to you being new employee. I have seen them terminating an employee's during their probation so no job security at all. And the UK manager whos name is Naa will mark your any mistake even if you don't put full stop after an email it's mistake for her. Don't spoil your life going there.
