A good number of patients visit OPD. So, u will be in touch with the subject. Very beautiful operation theatre

Dislikes

... who dont want to work at all. They will not work and wont let you work as well. All good doctors are resigning and leaving the institution, whereas non performers are getting their monthly salary without doing any work 3) Hospital adminstration is useless. Totally unsupportive. Useless politics goes on in admin block. During my tenure, not even a single meeting was held focussing on the growth of institute 4) Institute does not hv a institutional leave policy. Leaves are at the discretion of the admin people, who site absurd rules for denying leaves 5) No work ethics. Very few people actually care about the patients and students. I have had the misfortune of meeting and working with worst doctors here 6) No professional growth. There are good chances that if u work here long enough, you will loose your skills. 7) High attrition rate in the institute: most of the faculties here are overstressed ( due to politics) & are desperate to leave

Due to present Director... The college deteriorated in last 2 years

Dislikes

Director of this institution traps faculties by taking signature in files.. He brought division among faculties.. Encourged inefficient faculties and used them against good faculties.. Many good faculties left this college due to the director but cited family reasons or tried and got jobs in new AIIMS

Nothing to like, worst institute. only politics

Dislikes

Work culture: there is no work culture. The Director of the Institute is dirty fellow who plays dirty games against the faculties. All HODs have no backbone. Most of the faculties are not at all good in their subjects.

The department of biochemistry where you work is great with a great set of professors who are very caring and supportive for academic and for personal matters. This doesn't include the Msc PhD candidate working here.

The director of the Institute plays extremely dirty games to give promotion to his candidates who actually are under qualified and don't even know the basics of the subject. The only thing that will work for u here is if u know how to butter the director and manipulate him and other people to give you promotion. If you lack these skills then it's nor the place for u. Here hoax interviews are conducted to take up their candidates and the interview panel doesn't even include a subject expert. So ur selection is purely on the basis of ur ability to manipulate and butter up the director and just not related to your knowledge. I have wasted 4 years of my life working here and those have been the most futile as now the Msc PhD candidate who doesn't know basic stuff has been promoted. If u r an Mbbs MD candidate don't ever think of joining this institute

Worst medical College in govt sector. No benefits or growth whatsoever

Dislikes

Lot of politics at higher level, wasting time in unnecessary issues, no regard for qualification of staff, only those who can butter get brownie points
