Not too much of workload by seniors but they want to show themselves too much superior .

They told me that salary will be 25k ctc but gave only 23.5k ctc, seniors are not supportive , you can’t ask them again and again , they will explain you once then you have to handle it all by yourself , this seems so rude.

They lies about salary, their work culture is so bad, team members don't help, they are just looking for labours not employees, whatever they teach in training is totally useless because when you go on the floor whatever you learnt in training is of no use in real work totally useless they say we hire candidates who have fluency in English but their employees are so bad in speaking English. I am now feeling that I wasted my whole month in this company and I left it because of some emergency issues and they didn't gave me my salary as well for the days I worked It's one of the worst company I suggest you all not go there you will be wasting your time and energy by working for them.

... see a new policy every day which was created by so called CEO of the company. They have HR team but they are just to show you (Dummy) they cannot do anything from their end, they even don't know anything about your salary/fnf/documents etc For your salary, Full & Final amount, Referral Bonus etc you only need to ask several times because they don't remember anything, ohh wait their account person is always on HIGH (uska pta nahi duniya mein kya chal tha h) sometime You'll get someone else salary (double salary) sometime you won't get anything and for referral bonus, fnf and other amount you need to remind them 10 thousand times even after that you'll get less or inappropriate amount. They want you to do their own staff instead of what you hired for eg,. Open trello Use checklist Make trello board even if you have SOP (chote bachhe ho kya) update attendance on their tool and then use whatsapp for breaks (in- out) even now a days govt schools have biometric scanner. As per CEO Amazon is a tuchhi company and &wesupport is "WORLD CLASS COMPANY " (no comments) They want you to reply their clients within 2 mints bhai itti jaldi employee ka kaam b kr diya kro. Tumhara time, time Humara time, no value Final Verdict: They have cool & chill clients and the work too but they make it complicated and their is no employee respect. Jinta focus policy or salary ko ghumane mein lagte ho uska 10% b employee ko de do to kuch badlav dikhai de skta h. There is a lot to say but I think this is enough for "samajdhaar ko ishara kaafi h"

Partiality Office Politics CEO & Mangers are team, company pillars and rest are workers ( dihadi k majdoor). Company policies changes every 2nd week. Ask for offs, one will get a lengthy lecture in front of every one.
