Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing... Boss is just doing Time pass. Full day meetings... no output. Very greedy. Full day takes reviews. Lots of paper work. Still working in 1944 style.

Dislikes

Everything. No money to pay employees. Only filling his own pockets. Sweet talker in interview but after joining starts showing his real face. No growth, No value of employees. Boss thinks he is bigger than Tata and Ambani. Where as cant sell plywood of more than 1.5 cr

Good brand name of the product.

Dislikes

No free hand and liberty to take market related decisions. Continuously interference of the CEO in the day to day working of the sales team. Even one has to take permission for Lunch. No appreciation by the top management even after achievement of the goals.

Nothing. Boss is just doing timepass. there is no support in Covid 19 Lockdown. very greedy boss. selling cheap material at high price.

Dislikes

Everything. No Staff Co ordination, Boss has No Vision, No Faith on Anyone, Only interested in own money. don't think of his employees. Boss only kills his time from 10am to 6pm. full day meetings and meetings. no increase in sales or not interested in improving infrastructure or quality.

Worked for several years. Many opportunities given for employees to grow and take additional responsibility. Management helped with my wife's medical expenses too. One of the only company that doesn't deal in cash in this sector. Clean and honest
