The company has a significance growth and there are a lot of opportunities for person al and professional development.

The recent office shift brought a few infrastructural issues. Facing issues with parking space and network coverage. I'm confident these will be resolved as the company enhances its facilities.

Job Security and recognition - The company has an unparalleled history of over 20 years. Many of the efficient people and working with the company for over a decade and getting their deserved promotions on time. Company Culture - There is culture of continuous learning. KX sessions are really good. They help all the all employees irrespective of the title share their ideas with others and help nurturing next generation leadership. Work-life balance is great - The mode of work is hybrid and working hours are flexible. Client projects are all very good.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike at Anblicks. The company has these 1:1 with the senior leadership. Most of the issues are sorted there.
