The only good thing about Anarock is they provide good salary and that too on time.

Dislikes

Except salary, there's nothing to like about the company. They will treat you as if you're their servants. The VPs and AVPs are so dominant that they don't care about you at all. Anarock doesn't have a good culture at all. They expect alot from freshers as if they are so experienced and even experienced are not able to fulfill, then how freshers will do. Not a good place for freshers.

Salary is credited by end of month. There is separate and fixed traveling allowance

Seniors hired from Guardians sole selling mandate company have really spoiled the work culture and work life balance to the lowest possible level

Anarock as a organisation it is fantastic in terms of Work environment, training, team work, motivation and compensation. Over all Anarock is very good organisational in over all.

Dislikes

Not major part, but i felt if they mandate any project they picked then they sould work as a anarock not as a individual AVP tram. Because of if they not proved as target then company reputation in market will fall.

Work culture and managerial support is awesome. Apart from compensation everything at Anarock is good

Compensation/ package here is not that great as expected and as said from other employees. Sales pressure is there but manageable based on your manager. If you're lucky to get a supportive manager you are through.
