It is a scam. They dont have proper resoures to provide therapy to their clients let alone train their therapists. They confiscate employees' documents and refuse to give them back. Managers verbally abuse their employees and question their potential. Bad place. Bad work environment.

The entire organisation is a scam. They hire only freshers without any proper training and run a day care in the name of children rehabilitation centre. They withhold your documents and refuse to return them. Horrible experience.

No skill development. No proper training. I feel it's a scam whatever they are doing. They have mentioned all sorts of therapy for the kids but they haven't appointed any single resources who is actually qualified to do the job. For example - they have mentioned speech therapy and behaviour therapy but have no Aba therapist or a speech pathologist appointed to do the job. Instead they have appointed regular psychology freshers to do the job of a speech pathologist or behaviour therapist. Same is the condition for an occupational therapist required for atypical children. They have appointed physiotherapists for the job of an occupational therapist which is right up nonsense thing to do. It's been 18 years since they have been going on with this scam and they have been quite successful at it. No parents are complaining about it either.
