In this company everything just fine, classic culture, nice work invironmet.

...en extra timings and Sunday also do working, but they won't give extra salary. But they don't give salary hikes too. 2. Job security is worest. 3. Even one day leave in a month is a big problem. 4. Seniors can take work from home opportunity in any situation and no of days how much they want But for juniors, they actually don't know what is the work from home opportunity 😞😞 ( they are never allowed for work from home opportunity at any cost of time ).

Nothing. I am working here because of my one and only manger who is very gud with me personally and professionally.

...with,there is no satisfied work environment.No proper benefits to the employees.No satisfied salary for employes given..Management failure to look into employee needs and deeds.There is no such kind of recognition for the work done this all because of managers.

Company policies change very frequently and will be mostly under company will. No appraisals, outing, bonus, gifts, activities, training programs. Only work work and work. Can't concentrate on any other exposures in life.

Worst office, brutal treatment, no learning process, exploitation, asks to work 24/7, got many health issues because of this company, ruins ur life as hell, manager is a lunatic there no posh committee implementation, everyone joins with reference there's no value for one who comes by there own , office including with GM is filled with boozers ( drunkers ), chain smokers even though it's defence , please don't join if the manager don't like you they even terminate, working hours are horrible you just enter you will have to work till 10 at night

I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I’ve mastered the basics. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so I don’t always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role.
