There is nothing to like about this company, they are frauds just exploiting the employees/interns.

Dislikes

Poor and Pathetic Management, Fake reviews forcefully posted on social media sites (otherwise they do not process stipends & certificate - So do not fall in their trap), No policy for salary timing, amount of salary. Higher management knows about all these points, but they are least bothered about the associates working for them & willingly doing this.

Learning of an Application Tracking Software and Microsoft Office Suite

The work culture, no work like balance as sometimes you have to work for 9 to 10 hours a day or on a holiday or a Sunday to complete 200 hours to earn your salary. The entire salary is a variable salary so it depends on tour performance which majorly depends on your team if a Team Lead and the hours put in. The Company Policies mainly benefit the Employer and not the Employee. Overall, a scam to work in such a place where you are not valued and your growth is not even looked at as everything is scaled in monetary terms for the benefit of the Employer.

I liked the Environment and Learning pattern of Ananta Resources Management.They also try to improve themselves in every means. The best things here..it's Fully Flexible Hours..which helps the women to schedule and work smoothly.

Work pressure is there..yet The Company is Genuine to adjust it's Slots and Targets..that is good.

Training provided,Arranging different seminars,HR Technical sections,overall good learning knowledge,good practical Hr training,i done in client coordination also very weel tey provided training for me.

Expecting saturday haly day is thir very nice
