Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

People who worked there especially Principal and Vice principal are very supportive and pay individual attention not only on educators only but students too. Always put in their efforts for the betterment of student as well as their staff members

Dislikes

Since it is situated little towards under developing area, it is very far from Bhopal and may be foe this reason Salary is descent but growth is mediocre.

I like students there, they have lots of potential. Some Starr members are also good. Especially the receptionist, peons,Preeti madam .

Dislikes

I really dislike that teachers have no rights to do something inovative. Job security is zero%. I worked there and have good result still they removed me without giving any prior notice.Its the worst part that even asking so many time they didn't proof any mistake of mine. like me they have removed so many teachers like Nisha Yadav,Anuj saxena,ratnesh gautam etc

The school is good and team members are very knowledgeable and help full, we work together. Management also help full. I have learn their many things about teaching and behavior.
