Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Anant spinning Mills is already very good organization it's culture and supportive management is also very good.

Dislikes

As asm is good organization but some employees i.e. satyendra gujjar exe. From ir dept. And yogita madariya warden from ir dept it's very harmful for organizing they also bed talk and remours about girls.
