some people who get position just because of some senior reference but not having the caliber to deliver.

Environment and work cuktuure is really good. Faculty members and administrative staff members are really cooperative. Authority has trusted my experience and allow me to develop the Best Automated Library and I am really satisfied about my work. My team members at library are really very efficient and cooperative.
