Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The children are culturally a developed lot.The management at the top is extremely warm n cordial.But the policies of the ex Principal harmed not only the smooth function n morale of teachers but also forced several children to leave the school.I am still an ardent fan of apex management and their breadth of mind

Maintaintance of good relation with the staff n children was badly missing on the part of the ex Princi enormously damaged the very image of this good school
