Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The product has high acceptability in the market due to EIL approval and self certification of well known pipes and tube makers

Dislikes

Unprofessional attitude with seniors. No freedom to take self decisions. For every small things approval of MD is must. They have appointed an external consultant with FMCG experience, he is applying all the rules in industrial product and tries to justify it if, opposed. All the old team members left the organisation.
