Staff is very good and cooperative. Management is very supportive for Festival and Birthday celebration/ Farewell party.

Dislikes

No Job security. It may possible at morning you go on Job and everything was fine but at noon management can say do not come from tomorrow. You are terminated.

The product has high acceptability in the market due to EIL approval and self certification of well known pipes and tube makers

Dislikes

Unprofessional attitude with seniors. No freedom to take self decisions. For every small things approval of MD is must. They have appointed an external consultant with FMCG experience, he is applying all the rules in industrial product and tries to justify it if, opposed. All the old team members left the organisation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
