It's all good except the Job Security. However, I'm working since 2016. And Promotion & appraisal can be more improved from the Organisation end.

The company's culture is really good. Hr policies are employee friendly. There is proper work life balance.

Dislikes

The apraisal cycle is late and don't give arries also. There is less transperency in appraisals. Do not promote even if you have performed high.

To be honest Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd along with all the members of our team has now become just like my family . Our Whole time Director Supriya Ma'am, CEO Rajesh Sir and entire management always encourage and motivate us a lot. I really feel proud to one of the part in this organisation.

Uneducated, Unprofessional HR. They don't know how to shortlist Candidate. They reject candidate without any reason. If they not sirious about hiring, so why they posted advertisement on job site. please don't wast Candidates valuable time. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
