The company's culture is really good. Hr policies are employee friendly. There is proper work life balance.

Dislikes

The apraisal cycle is late and don't give arries also. There is less transperency in appraisals. Do not promote even if you have performed high.

To be honest Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd along with all the members of our team has now become just like my family . Our Whole time Director Supriya Ma'am, CEO Rajesh Sir and entire management always encourage and motivate us a lot. I really feel proud to one of the part in this organisation.

Uneducated, Unprofessional HR. They don't know how to shortlist Candidate. They reject candidate without any reason. If they not sirious about hiring, so why they posted advertisement on job site. please don't wast Candidates valuable time. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
